TOURNAMENT DETAILS

The 2025 Meadow Gardens Open Presented by Lordco Auto Parts is a 36-hole stroke play championship.

*The event offers over $120,000 in cash & prizes based on a full field of 40 Pros & 168 Amateurs.

 

TEE-TIMES: 7:00am-2:00pm both days

 

ELIGIBILITY

Open to both male & female Professionals and male & female Amateur golfers with a registered handicap. 

 

PROFESSIONAL DIVISION: Open to all Professional golfers. 35% of the field will receive a cheque. 

 

THREE AMATEUR FLIGHTS: Open to Male & Female Amateurs with registered Golf Canada handicaps. Players will compete for the overall low gross and low net titles along with low gross and low net in their flight. 

 

Overall Low Gross & Overall Low Net - 1 spot each will receive a trophy and the top prize.

Championship Flight - 7 spots gross and 7 spots net will receive a prize.

Flight A - 7 spots gross and 7 spots net will receive a prize.

Flight B  - 7 spots gross and 7 spots net will receive a prize.

By registering, you agree to adhere to all player policies and procedures outlined on the VGT website as well as the 2025 VGT Code of Conduct. Please note that our cancellation policy does differ from VGT's.

 

FULL FIELD SIZE: 

 

Professionals: 40 Players

Amateurs: 168 Players

 

Professional Purse: $30,000.00

Amateur Prize Table: $22,500.00

Amateur Tee Gift: $45,000 in total ($260.00 value per participant)

 

For this event, Male and Female Professionals will compete against one another for one overall Prize Purse.

• Male Professionals will play from 6,800 - 7,000 yards while the Female Professionals will play from 6,000-6,300 yards.
• In the Amateur Divisions:
  • Champ Flight: Men 6,800 - 7,000 yards. Women 6,100 - 6,300 yards
  • Flight A & B: Men: 6,100 - 6,300 yards. Women 5,350 - 5,600 yards

 

MEMBER PRIORITY 

Meadow Gardens, PGA of Canada Professionals & VGT Members are given priority registration up until June 1st @ Midnight.  After this time non-members who have registered with payment will be admitted into the field if the event is not full with members.

 

FINAL REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Monday, June 30th @ 5PM PST.

 

ENTRY FEES

 

PROFESSIONALS:

• VGT Member, Meadow Gardens Member, & PGA of Canada Professional: $475.00
• Non-Members: $580.00

 

AMATEUR ENTRY FEES:

• Meadow Gardens Member: $275.00
• VGT Member: $350+GST = $375.00
• Non-member: $400+GST = $425.00

 

Skins Game: Add $40 to play in skins both days & qualify for 2 x $10,000 Hole-in-one jackpots/day & a chance at a brand new car!

*Skins game is broken down for the Professional & Championship division playing Gross Skins. Flight A and Flight B will play Net Skins.

Players are reminded to review the Policies and Procedures outlining all cancellation and no-show fees:

• More than 30 days from the event - Full Refund
• 15 to 30 days from the event - $100 admin fee
• 14 days or less - no refund
